Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes
- Assist in product knowledge training for team members
- Contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service skills, ability to effectively pitch and close sales, and technical proficiency.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products or services.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and a positive attitude.
