Description

  • As the company’s Customer Service Relations, is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and managing customer relationships.
  • The role involves interacting with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and social media, to address their inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle stressful situations with patience and empathy.
  • The candidate should also possess the ability to make independent decisions when resolving customer issues.


  1. Validate the completion of the whole sales process by reviewing 1 process at a time with the client;
  2. Getting all necessary information from clients needed for contract completion;
  3. Set and make the client agree to a definite installation schedule;
  4. Preparation of documents needed by the Service Technician to complete the installation; Coordinate with the Service Tech and client on other matters related to the installation;
  5. Answer all client questions and queries related to the product, technical info, installation information, and all other relevant questions with the goal of closing the sale;
  6. Receive inbound calls from clients that are reporting concerns and requesting information or assistance;
  7. Encoding and data entry of all client communication in CRM and or SAP. 
  8. Making independent decisions when resolving customer issues

Requirements

  1. 2-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in related fields
  2. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
  3. Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  4. Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
  5. Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments
  6. Proficient in customer service software and tools
  7. Capable of making independent decisions when resolving customer issues
  8. Experience managing customer service teams a plus
