Description
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone.
- Resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- HS Graduate (old curriculum) | SHS Graduate (new curriculum) | College Undergraduate | College Graduate
- At least 6 months BPO experience under voice international account (any account)
- Healthcare accounts are a plus, but not required
- Age limit: 50 yrs old
- Residing within Metro Manila
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work graveyard and shifting schedule
