Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Assist in training new staff as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in customer service, problem-solving, and Salesforce; adept in call center operations and back office support.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, handling calls and customer interactions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, team player, and positive attitude.
