Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Upsell products and services when appropriate.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, back office support, sales pipeline management, technical proficiency, and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Providing customer support, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may involve long hours at a desk.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, organized, financially literate, and fluent in English.
