Description
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Assist in training new staff as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and a positive attitude.
