Customer Service Representative

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate product information and troubleshooting support.
- Resolve customer complaints on time.

- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma mandatory.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.

- Responsibilities and Duties: Assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and providing information about products and services.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve shift work and occasional overtime.
