Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service:Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding healthcare services, claims, or billing. 
• Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments. 
• Provide information on healthcare options, services, network providers, and outstanding co-payments. 
• Administrative Tasks:Process insurance claims, track their status, and manage denials and appeals. 
• Handle account follow-ups, billing, and collections for unpaid claims. 
• Prepare invoices and reconcile billing statements. 
• Manage patient data and account-related information accurately.
