Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School, or College Graduate
- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions
- Handle complaints with patience and professionalism
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
