Requirements
- Atleast Senior High School Graduate (K–12)
- Minimum 6 months CSR/BPO voice experience
- Amenable to onsite work in Cebu and shifting schedules
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
