- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Amenable to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient support and telehealth services.
- Provide accurate information, assist with appointment scheduling, and ensure excellent service delivery.
