• Handle customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails
• Provide warm, patient, and professional support for Booking customers
• Resolve issues effectively and exceed performance expectations
• Work 5 days per week (rotational shifts, 7AM–2AM) with 1-hour break per shift
• Deliver excellent service while meeting KPIs and maintaining high-quality standards
• Native Taiwanese (Traditional Mandarin) speaker
• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• At least 6 months’ BPO/Customer Service experience
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on rotation, including weekends & public holidays
