- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide product information and guide users through troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain patient and positive communication in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or call center settings.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in managing sales pipelines, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent customer service expertise.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role within a call center environment, fast-paced and dynamic.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
