Compensation: Earn up to ₱28,000 plus a ₱30,000–₱40,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications:

• High School/SHS graduate, college undergraduate, or college graduate

• With or without BPO experience (freshers are welcome!)

• Good English communication skills

• Willing to work on-site

• Customer-oriented and eager to learn

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service through phone, chat, or email

• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Follow company processes while ensuring a positive customer experience
