Job Description

1. To assist clients with queries related to status of their account via email, helpdesks and walk in.

2. To handle customer inquiries received through Collection.CS and CRM

3. To handle and assist clients’ requests on documentation (Statement of Account, payment history and/or other related documents) upon approval of the Department Head

4. To call and follow-up payments for all assigned accounts until an actual payment is obtained.

5. Maintaining a positive, emphatic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

6. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

7. Acknowledging and escalating client’s complaint for proper resolution.

8. To provide customer service to the department’s internal and external stakeholders.

9. To provide daily reports on tasks assigned.
