- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.

- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Standard office environment, may involve evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude.
