Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product information and troubleshoot issues.
- Document customer interactions in the system.
- Foster positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Handle complaints and escalate when necessary.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with potential for remote work, and may require shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, patience, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
