WORK ONSITE: Philexcel Business Park, Pampanga
POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
OFFER AND BENEFITS:
- UP TO 32K salary package (Depending on the BPO Experience)

Requirements
- At least completed the second year of college, either undergraduate or associate graduate, or bachelor’s graduate.
- Must have at least one year of BPO voice international experience.
- Ambitious and willing to start immediately and work onsite.
