Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in any field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced, team-oriented environment requiring flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and able to work under pressure.
