Job Description

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases with relevant information.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years (Fresh Graduate or Student).
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions: May require flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
