Position Title: Financial Customer Service Representative

Salary Package: PHP 30,000 – PHP 42,000 (offer salary package)


A Financial Customer Service Representative is responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of their company. They provide introductory information to new customers and ensure that customers are satisfied with products and services. Escalating queries and troubleshooting issues with a product of service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns related to financial products and services with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide support through phone, chat, and text in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Navigate multiple systems while following work policies and procedures

Open Positions and Qualifications

Financial Account

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, or at least 1st year in college
  • Minimum 18 months of BPO experience, preferably in collections (billing/sales experience also considered)
  • College graduate (no BPO experience required)
  • College undergraduate with at least 6 months BPO experience
  • HS/SHS graduate with at least 1 year BPO experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 1st-year college undergraduate
  • Minimum 18 months BPO experience
  • HS/SHS graduate with 4 years BPO experience
