We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to provide top-notch support for our eCommerce program! If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers, this is your chance to grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and issue resolution

Deliver exceptional service through chat, email, or phone

Ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in eCommerce or retail support
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset
• Comfortable handling inquiries via chat, email, and phone
• Familiarity with common eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon) is a plus
• Proficient in using tools such as Google Workspace, CRMs, or helpdesk platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City during day shift hours
• Amenable to start immediately or within 2 weeks
