Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product information and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Document interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service, scheduling, problem-solving, and people skills; technical aptitude and financial literacy are advantageous.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may involve occasional remote communication.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for success.
