Description
- Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues and answer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer complaints.
- Document interactions and feedback in the customer management system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- HS/SHS/ALS Graduate
- Above 18 years old
- Good communication skills
- At least 6 month/1-year BPO/CCE experience in voice account
- Willing to work onsite on Makati/Pasig/Cebu
