- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve inquiries and issues promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- College Graduate or College Undergraduate of any medical allied course.
- College Graduate with at least 1-year CCE
- College Undergraduate with at least 1 year healthcare CCE
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in the English language; strong communication skills; ability to handle customer inquiries.
- Working Conditions: Work onsite.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and proactive with a positive attitude.
