• Handle and respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls and emails with care and professionalism
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to address their concerns
• High School or Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply
• Open to both experienced and non-experienced candidates (1 year call center experience preferred; candidates with FRAUD experience is also preferred)
• Dayshift, Midshift, Graveyard schedules are available; Fixed weekends off
• Blended line of business available (email, voice, and chat)
• Willingness to work onsite
