Description
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Assist with any other duties related to customer service as assigned.
Requirements
- At least one year of BPO experience
- At least a high school graduate
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule and graveyard shift
- Willing to work onsite
- Can start immediately
