• Assist in planning and executing CSR programs, including environmental sustainability, community development, and employee volunteering initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations on CSR activities, outcomes, and impact using financial and marketing insights.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, HR, Marketing) and external partners (NGOs, vendors, government agencies).
• Track CSR budgets and expenditures; ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
• Support marketing and communication efforts to promote CSR activities through digital and print media.
• Conduct research on industry trends, sustainability benchmarks, and potential partnership opportunities.
• Help manage data collection for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and sustainability reporting.
• Participate in awareness campaigns and stakeholder engagement events.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social impact, sustainability, and corporate citizenship.
• Basic knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.
• Good understanding of marketing principles and content creation is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of design tools or data analytics is a bonus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
