- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Provide product information, process orders, and handle returns.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School equivalent.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language; outstanding customer service skills.
- Working Conditions: Onsite, shifting schedule
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, and able to communicate effectively under pressure.
