Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional support and building strong relationships with our customers. As the frontline of our company, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and effective assistance to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience across all interactions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or departments when necessary.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.
  • Contribute to team goals by actively participating in meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • High school diploma w/ at least 6 -12 months BPO exp.
  • Bachelor’s degree w/o experience
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient with customer service software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
