Description

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative with credit card experience and at least two years of college education. You’ll assist customers with credit card inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution, providing excellent service and support.


  • Handle credit card customer inquiries and transactions.
  • Resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer records.
  • Stay informed on credit card products and policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years college education.
  • Experience with credit card customer service (at least 1 year)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable handling high-volume calls.
