  • Conducts First-Response to Walk-In customers/Dealer Network Inquiries on products
  • Guiding the customers about the products and services of the company
  • Keep and maintain required records and files of the department
  • Maintain good customer relation and handle service customer concerns.


Qualifications:

  • College Graduate preferably related to customer relations
  • Must have 1 year of previous experience on similar job
  • Ability to effectively present information to customers
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Ready to receive any adhoc task assigned by the head of CRD.
