Qualifications – What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate – all educational backgrounds are welcome!
  • Communication Skills: You should have strong verbal and written English communication skills — clarity, empathy, and active listening are key to this role.
  • Attitude: Positive, professional, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • On-Site Role: This is an on-site position in Bridgetown, so candidates must be willing and able to work from our office.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training and support to help you succeed!

What You’ll Be Doing – Your Day-to-Day:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chats to assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, or product/service-related questions.
  • Problem Solving: Work with customers to identify issues and provide clear, effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure each interaction leaves the customer feeling heard, supported, and satisfied.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations and continuous improvement.
  • Accuracy & Efficiency: Accurately document customer interactions and follow standard procedures and policies.
