  • Provide solutions to customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects, or have earned a minimum of 72 academic units.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities and technical skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Preferably with experience handling Financial or Banking Technical Support accounts
