Job Requirements:

• College graduate with or without BPO experience
• BPO experience is preferable but not required
• Strong communication skills
• Willing to work the graveyard shift or shifting schedules
• Must be willing to work onsite (Eastwood)
• Can start ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate product or service information to help customers resolve concerns.
• Follow company procedures and policies, including security protocols and verification steps.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support when needed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by showing empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
