Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, assist with concerns, and ensure a positive experience in every interaction. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where strong communication skills, patience, and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or account concerns.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and offering appropriate solutions.
• Document interactions and update customer records accurately.
• Follow communication scripts and company procedures when managing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance metrics such as quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service in a shifting schedule environment.

Requirements:

• High School Graduate, Senior High Graduate, or College Level/Graduate.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of BPO, call center, or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working onsite full-time.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
