We are looking for a customer-focused and articulate Customer Service Representative for our Voice Account. The role involves assisting customers via phone calls by addressing concerns, answering inquiries, and providing resolutions in a professional and timely manner. Applicants must have excellent verbal communication skills, active listening abilities, and confidence in handling calls in a fast-paced environment.

SALARY: 24,500 and 30k SOB

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound and/or outbound customer calls clearly and professionally
• Identify customer concerns and provide accurate information or solutions
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate call records
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service over the phone

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• Preferably with BPO Voice or customer service experience, but open to without experience
• Excellent English verbal communication and active listening skills
• Able to converse confidently and professionally over the phone
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, call systems)
• Willing to work onsite (work setup)
