Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative with solid experience in healthcare accounts. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to healthcare inquiries, benefits, claims, and member concerns
• Provide accurate information and assist customers in navigating healthcare plans or services
• Document all interactions in the system with attention to detail
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Follow established processes, compliance guidelines, and HIPAA standards
• Collaborate with team members and support leadership initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years BPO experience in a Healthcare account
• Completed at least 2 years in college or a College graduate
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities
• Ability to work in shifting schedules
• Can start ASAP
