Job Description
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for an international account.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain a professional tone and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system.
- Follow company processes, scripts, and compliance requirements.
- Meet performance metrics such as call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve account goals and service targets.
