Customer Service Order Verification Position

Number of Positions: 6

Work Shifts: Two shifts or three shifts (must cover both day and night shifts)

 • Verify and process orders (order verification)

 • Communicate with banks

 • Communicate with upstream channels

 • Communicate with customers and provide progress feedback

 • Must be based overseas

 • Good English communication skills (able to engage in simple conversations)

 • Pragmatic personality, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work hard (workload is substantial and requires continuous order processing)

 • Educational requirements: high school diploma or above, no specific major required, no work experience necessary, training will be provided
