- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist customers with product information and order processing.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency.
- At least 2 years’ experience handling a solid financial account or a background in asset and wealth management within a BPO setting.
- At least HS graduate (old curriculum)
