Description
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve product issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Assist in training new employees on customer service protocols.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent English language skills, strong customer service orientation, and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, may involve shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
