- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency.
- Identify trends in customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Provide product knowledge and troubleshooting assistance.
Requirements
- Job Title: Customer Service Representative
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, teamwork, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and experience in account management and scheduling.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may involve irregular hours, and requires adaptability.
