Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues and provide product information swiftly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: With 1 year of experience in customer service preferred and 6 months sales experience (not limited to BPO).
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in the English language, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products/services.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require working weekends or holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.
