Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in medical billing, healthcare RCM, or customer support
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance claims processes, and EHR systems is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex billing concepts in a simple way
• At least HS graduate old curriculum or SHS graduate
• Willing to work onsite
