• Engage with clients to respond to their questions, concerns, and requests by providing and processing information.
• Be extremely professional in all of your dealings.
• Keep records and keep track of customer interactions.
• Reach performance targets and support group objectives.
• Assure client happiness by resolving concerns by phone, email, and chat.
• Oversee client accounts and keep thorough logs of every interaction in the database.
• Work together as a team to provide feedback and improve the customer experience.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of customer service guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
• At least 18 months BPO experience
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
