₱18,000 – ₱20,000 per month

Our team is growing! Join us! We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant who is willing to work with us in office in BGC Taguig City.

Job Accountabilities

• Attend to customers’ inquiries and requests promptly via calls and emails, following established communication procedures.
• Handle new customer profile verification and updates accurately.
• Provide efficient responses to inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year college / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• With at least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in Customer Service.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle challenging customer situations and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work on-site and preferably with call center experience.
• Tourism graduates are welcome to apply.
• Can start ASAP.
