We are looking for Customer Support Associates to join our Australian Mobile Support Account team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or career shifters with no prior BPO experience. Successful candidates will provide assistance to Australian customers regarding mobile services, billing inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and account management.

• Education Requirement: At least Senior High School Graduate
• Experience: No BPO experience required
• Schedule: Shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays)
• Compensation Package: ₱19,000 monthly

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to mobile services, billing, and account concerns.
• Provide step-by-step technical support for mobile device issues and network troubleshooting.
• Assist customers with plan upgrades, activations, and service modifications.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Ensure first-call resolution and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance metrics.
• Adapt to shifting schedules and maintain professionalism across all shifts.
