Description

Job Duties.

  1. Be responsible for receiving users’ inquiries and addressing concerns through online customer service tools.
  2. Be proactive in providing feedback on users’ issues and excel in collecting and organizing problems.
  3. Be proficient in English; proficiency in Chinese, Malay, Korean, and other languages is preferred.
  4. Possess strong business acumen and be able to grasp basic business concepts after training. Knowledge and experience related to cryptocurrency are preferred.
  5. Be attentive to daily tasks and skilled at identifying pain points in users’ experiences, uncovering user needs, and promoting solutions and process optimization.
  6. Be willing to work flexible hours, including both day and night shifts.

  1. Possess strong logical thinking skills and the ability to assess users' actual needs.
  2. Exhibit enthusiasm for customer service, take responsibility for customer experience, and provide comprehensive solutions to issues.
  3. Effectively adjust communication methods based on different users' requests and needs.
  4. Demonstrate self-management skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  5. Have a strong capacity for learning, with an aptitude for discovery and self-reflection.
  6. Experience in providing customer support through online chat, email, and ticketing systems.
  7. Possess excellent communication skills, strong presentation abilities, high affinity, a strong work ethic, and the capacity to handle pressure.
