The Opportunity

As a D365 Finance & Operations Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring system efficiency and user satisfaction while contributing to the business’s broader digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), handling user inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to finance, supply chain, and operations modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and user guides to improve user proficiency.
  • Perform system monitoring and routine maintenance, including updates and patches.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technical solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Gather feedback from users to contribute to system improvements and best practices.
  • Assist in implementing new D365 F&O features, modules, and system integrations.
  • Support system configuration and data migration activities.


Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of finance, supply chain, or operations processes is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Azure, Power Platform, or broader Microsoft ecosystem is a plus.
